Who is this for?

Female mid-level managers from Caribbean financial service providers working in operations, risk management, credit, or related departments of your institution.

At least 2 years of experience in (inclusive) finance.

Able to commit 5-8 hours per month and be committed to completing the entire program with accompanying activities.

Application Deadline: 2nd of December 2024.

Selection Process & Important Dates

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee. The deadline for submitting your application is Monday 2nd of December.

Up to 16 participants will be selected and notified by Thursday 5th of December.

Selected participants must confirm their participation by Tuesday 10^th of December by submitting an endorsement letter signed by their organization agreeing to their participation in the program (template will be provided upon selection).

The program will be kicked off on Thursday 12th of December .
